About Us
Hi, I’m Sarah, a qualified podiatrist with over 20 years of NHS & private sector experience, helping people stay mobile, comfortable, and confident on their feet.
I began my career in the NHS, where I gained invaluable experience treating a wide range of foot and lower limb conditions. For the past decade, I’ve run a successful domiciliary podiatry service, visiting patients in their homes and building lasting relationships with individuals and families across the area.
Now, I’ve taken the next step by opening a dedicated private practice right here in the local community. I’ve teamed up with other qualified professionals who share my commitment to honest, patient-centred care. Together, we offer a welcoming space where people of all ages can get expert help for foot complaints, from heel pain and ingrown toenails to diabetic foot care and preventative treatments.
Our goal is simple: to help you feel better, move better, and keep your feet healthy for life.

Rebecca Swift
Senior Podiatrist
Rebecca is an experienced podiatrist with over 17 years in the profession. She began her career in the NHS, where she developed a strong interest in diabetes management and wound care - an area in which she continues to expand her expertise and clinical knowledge. Dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care, Rebecca remains committed to ongoing professional development within this specialist field. Outside of work, she is married with two children aged 12 and 15. With limited spare time, she enjoys walking her dog and attending the theatre whenever possible.

Sarah Facey
Podiatrist
Before completing her university degree at University College London, Sarah was a Nurse. She discovered podiatry on the wards and it wasn’t long before she retrained and qualified as a podiatrist in 1999, since then Sarah has worked as a podiatrist in the NHS. In the past 10 years, this has been in an advanced wound care role, both in hospital and community-based settings. As well as wound care and regular podiatry care, she has worked alongside the Musculo Skeletal team to develop a good understanding of foot biomechanics.
She has a passion for podiatry and describes it as the best job in the world.
